Are you moving for a new job?

Are you moving or did you move for a new job during 2019?

You might be able to deduct your moving expense in the year when you go for better job opportunities.

Depending on how far you move, you might incur expenditure such as renting trucks, hiring movers, leasing a cargo, buying flight tickets, staying at hotels or having lunch and dinner on the side of the road or in the airport.

If these costs are not reimbursed by your new employer, you will receive a minimum of 20.05% refund on all eligible moving expenses you paid during your relocation.

Still unsure about your situation? Call in our office and speak to any partner of the firm. They are here to help!
